Herb-Crusted Prime Rib
Ingredients
4–6 lb prime rib
½ cup softened butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Mix butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread all over roast.
Roast 20 minutes, then lower heat to 325°F (165°C).
Cook 1½–2 hours until preferred doneness.
Rest 20 minutes before slicing.
Brown Sugar Holiday Ham
Ingredients
1 spiral ham
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Whisk honey, sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
Brush over ham and bake at 325°F for 1½–2 hours.
Reapply glaze every 20–30 minutes.
Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
3 lbs potatoes
½ cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Boil potatoes until tender.
Heat butter and cream; pour into potatoes.
Mash until fluffy. Season to taste.
Savory Herb Stuffing
Ingredients
1 loaf bread cubes
½ cup butter
1 onion, diced
3 celery stalks
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Instructions
Sauté onion and celery in butter.
Mix with bread cubes and broth.

Ingredients
Pan drippings
1 tbsp flour
2 cups beef or chicken broth
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Whisk flour into drippings until thick.
Slowly add broth.
