Herb-Crusted Prime Rib

Ingredients

  • 4–6 lb prime rib

  • ½ cup softened butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp rosemary

  • 1 tbsp thyme

  • 2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. Mix butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread all over roast.

  3. Roast 20 minutes, then lower heat to 325°F (165°C).

  4. Cook 1½–2 hours until preferred doneness.

Instructions

  2. Brush over ham and bake at 325°F for 1½–2 hours.

  3. Reapply glaze every 20–30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs potatoes

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.

  2. Heat butter and cream; pour into potatoes.

  3. Mash until fluffy. Season to taste.

Savory Herb Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread cubes

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 celery stalks

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and celery in butter.

Instructions

  1. Toss ingredients together.

  2. Roast at 400°F for 30 minutes.

Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

  • Store-bought rolls or homemade dough

  • Melted butter

  • Sea salt

Instructions

Warm rolls in the oven and brush with butter + flaky salt.

Traditional Brown Gravy

Ingredients

  • Pan drippings

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour into drippings until thick.

  2. Slowly add broth.

  3. Simmer until silky and smooth.

  • 2 cups eggnog

  • Nutmeg
