Return Policy

All sales are final unless the conditions below are met.

Gift Sets

Unopened gift sets may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
All approved gift set returns are subject to a $10 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Opened or used gift sets are not eligible for return.

All Other Products

All other products are non-returnable, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective.

To qualify as defective:

• The defect must not be caused by misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• We may require photos, videos, or the return of the item for inspection before approval.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Additional Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
