Honey-Glazed Christmas Ham
Ingredients
1 spiral ham
½ cup honey
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
In a saucepan, warm honey, sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
Brush over ham and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 1½–2 hours.
Glaze every 20–30 minutes until glossy and caramelized.
Holiday Roast Chicken (Alternative to Turkey)
Ingredients
1 whole chicken
2 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper
Fresh rosemary and thyme
Garlic cloves
Lemon halves
Instructions
Rub chicken with butter, salt, and pepper.
Stuff with lemon and herbs.
Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 1½ hours or until juices run clear.
Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
3 lbs potatoes, peeled
½ cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
3 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Boil potatoes until soft.
Heat cream and garlic in a saucepan.
Mash potatoes with butter and cream mixture.
Season to taste.
Brown-Sugar Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
2 lbs carrots
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Toss carrots with butter, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Roast at 400°F (205°C) for 25–30 minutes.
Christmas Green Beans with Almonds
Ingredients
1 lb green beans
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup sliced almonds
1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
Sauté beans in butter until crisp-tender.
Add almonds and garlic and cook until fragrant.
Classic Holiday Stuffing
Ingredients
1 loaf cubed bread
½ cup butter
1 onion, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Instructions
Sauté onion and celery in butter.
Toss with bread cubes and seasoning.
Add broth until slightly moist.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
Christmas Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1 pie crust
1 can pumpkin puree
1 cup cream
2 eggs
½ cup brown sugar
Cinnamon, nutmeg
Instructions
Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50–60 minutes.
Chill before slicing.
