Ingredients

  • 1 spiral ham

  • ½ cup honey

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, warm honey, sugar, mustard, and vinegar.

  2. Brush over ham and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 1½–2 hours.

  3. Glaze every 20–30 minutes until glossy and caramelized.

Holiday Roast Chicken (Alternative to Turkey)

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt, pepper

  • Fresh rosemary and thyme

  • Garlic cloves

  • Lemon halves

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken with butter, salt, and pepper.

  2. Stuff with lemon and herbs.

  3. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 1½ hours or until juices run clear.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Sauté beans in butter until crisp-tender.

  2. Add almonds and garlic and cook until fragrant.

Classic Holiday Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf cubed bread

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 celery stalks, diced

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and celery in butter.

  2. Toss with bread cubes and seasoning.

  3. Add broth until slightly moist.

  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.

Christmas Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust

  • 1 can pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup cream

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • Cinnamon, nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust.
